1/4 cup Coconut milk, full-fat

    Banana Coconut Chia Pudding 1 ripe banana, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, dash of vanilla. In a food processor or blender, combine the banana and coconut milk. Process until smooth. Throw in the chia seeds and pulse a few times to mix evenly. Pour into a container and chill for an hour to let the chia seeds plump up a bit.

It can’t get easier than 2 ingredients! 1/2 Cup flax seeds and 1 medium (browned or extra ripe) banana. Mas the banana with a spoon until its creamy with few lumps.
