3-4 lb Pork loin 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix 3 cups chicken broth 6 tbsp soy sauce 3-4 cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper Place pork loin in the crock pot, fat side up. Season with salt and pepper, top with garlic. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Add chicken broth and soy sauce to the crock pot. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Serve with au jus
Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks! Ladies, this recipe is a keeper! I did use legs and OMG, they were so good. The meat had a tender roasted quality that rivaled KFC. I used the herb mixture suggested in the recipe, but I may try my own seasonings next time. I may also try other cuts of meats like thighs, ribs or other pork. My family definitely loved these, including my picky 8 year old. I will be doing this one again. :)
