A little time consuming but SO worth it! I used bone-in lamb chops and I'm pretty sure any cut of lamb will work. I changed the recipe a bit, using butternut squash instead of sweet potato (husband doesn't like). I also added a few spices, like allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and tarragon. Finally, I used a bit more stock than he suggests, because I like my stew a little more "soupy" and I served it with mini Yorkshire puddings. Mmmmmm...
Jamie Oliver's incredible smashed peas and broad beans on toast - a fave I make every spring (without the mozzarella but make sure you follow every other detail!!) This recipe is seriously out of this world, yummy!!! Use Meyer Lemon if you have it!
