Breathing Efficiently This is how i do it. It is also better for your knees. When you exhale you land harder on that foot. So if you rotate which foot you start the exhale then it is equal pressure on your knees. In-2-3 out-2 in 2-3. Out-2. That is the pattern.

I so wish I could get my hair to do this! Just the way the hair frames the face would be nice! Oh, and nice quote XD
