FitTip: if you're gasping for air- running, jumping, whatever- try to EXHALE longer than you inhale. This SLOWS the heart rate and helps you recover much more quickly than panting :)

Breathing Efficiently This is how i do it. It is also better for your knees. When you exhale you land harder on that foot. So if you rotate which foot you start the exhale then it is equal pressure on your knees. In-2-3 out-2 in 2-3. Out-2. That is the pattern.
