Breathe it in- Run it out

For my wonderful sister, who is doing cross country and has already ran three 5 k's (Aka: 3.2 miles for each 5 k)

Running was my life in high school! I occasionally run and thankful i can after my accident its a little hard on my knee but love to get out for at least a fast paced walk or jog! :D

Sometimes running sucks.. you are tired.. it is early and it is cold.. you dont wanna.. til you lace up and remember why you love the run!!

5K Training Plan...for when I get back to running. Most certainly CANNOT make the mistake of ramping up my mileage too quickly again...I'm worried my knees will never forgive me.
