This design is good because it has a great contrast between the white words on the turquoise background; and then the amount of time in a dark color as well. The repetition of the banners on the right side make it easy to figure out what you're reading quickly. I also like the alignment of the banners; how they are all stacked on top of each other and the same size.
How about you just do a few sets of heavy deadlifts, 3 sets of split squats, pull ups, dips, push ups & some hip thrusts & build muscle everywhere in the same time it would take you to do a workout consisting of "arm circles"?? #girlsgonestrong
