      Another yummy breakfast casserole: Crescent rolls on the bottom of pan, then sausage crumbles, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, then whip 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk together pour over the top and bake on 425* for 20-25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

      WEEKEND BRUNCH CASSEROLE: 8 oz can crescent rolls, 1 lb sausage roll, 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs beaten, 3/4 C milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, Cook & crumble sausage. Drain. Line bottom of greased 13 x 9" baking dish with crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl until blended; pour over sausage. Bake 15 min @ 425 or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.

    Quite possibly the easiest breakfast casserole I've ever made - with crescent rolls, hashbrowns and breakfast sausage!

    Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.
