Taco Dip - I used entire 8 oz of cream cheese. Used low fat as much as possible. Used my own taco seasoning - lower sodium. Best when warm
Jalapeno popper dip-- This is SO good! Always a hit at any party. (Easy to make low-carb by leaving off the panko topping.) Typically eaten with tortilla chips, it is also good as a veggie dip, steak or burger topping, etc. It would make a delicious omelet filling, too.
Reuben dip...Chris' favorite!! 1 cup corned beef (Carl Buddig) chopped. 1 cup grated Swiss cheese. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1 cup sauerkraut (drained). 1 cup mayo (I used Hellman's Light). Mix together in a crock pot and heat until bubbly. Serve with rye crackers.
Easy and delicious tofee caramel dip... only a few ingredients to make! Tastes great with sliced apples!
