Pumpkin Pie Milkshake: 2 c vanilla ice cream, softened 1 c milk 2/3 c canned pumpkin 1/4 c packed brown sugar 3/4 t pumpkin-pie spice 3 T whipped topping pumpkin-pie spice (optional) Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour 3/4 c ice cream mixture into each of 4 glasses. Top each with about 2 t whipped topping; sprinkle with additional pumpkin-pie spice, if desired.
Pumpkin Pie Milkshake 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt 1/4 cup milk 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoon gingersnap cookies (crumbled, optional) 1. Blend everything other than the gingersnap cookies in a blander. 2. Serve garnished with the gingersnap cookies.
