Unopened can of condensed milk + 8 hours on low (completely submerged in water) in the crock pot + cool down in the fridge = Caramel! This is the best cararmel I've ever had, let alone made! How to make caramel from sweetened condensed milk. This is pretty interesting. And the photo is yummy looking. But two hours in a pot of boiling water...that is a long time. I can make caramel in about five minutes on the stove top. Anyway...it is interesting.
Crock pot chicken curry - This is delicious! I added a LOT of diced carrots. We serve with basmati rice and a side of cucumber, tomato and onion salad. Diet friendly, but portion control is the real issue here :)
