My feelings about reading and writing have changed so much in the past years. I used to hate both of them but now I do both of them even when I don't have to. I have found that reading helps me relax and makes me tired so most of my reading is before bed. I use writing when I am angry or upset, I write what I'm feeling and why I feel like that. After I am done writing I usually find that I am more relaxed and calmer.
