Mexican Casserole! I might use ground turkey breast or ground chicken breast for a change of pace from ground beef, and I think I'd sub in either fat-free refried beans or meatless chili for the chili with meat part, but yeah! I'm thinking SUPER yummy!!!
Melt A Stick Of Butter In The Pan. Slice One Lemon And Layer It On Top Of The Butter. Put Down Fresh Shrimp, Then Sprinkle One Pack Of Dried Italian Seasoning. Put In The Oven And Bake At 350 For 15 Min. Best Shrimp You Will Ever Taste:)
Made this w 1 ground beef, added couple gloves minced garlic, a diced jalapeno, and chunked all of a small cabbage. Cooked for about 10 minutes on stove top, then transferred to a pam-sprayed casserole dish. Cover, baked about 25 more at 350 degrees. Uncovered, topped w 1 cup shredded cheese, and baked about 15 - 20 mins more. Pretty good - kind of a healthier alternative to a goolash-y dish.
