Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
cabbage soup detox - I actually LIKE this soup...No this is not the healthiest way to lose weight but used this when I modeled to drop weight fast. My avg. loss was 26-32 within a mos.. I definitely would not use it for long term dieting but would be excellent for upcoming events where you cannot quite get the dress zipped.
