Simple Seared Scallops. Makes you wonder how those idiots on Hells Kitchen ever became chefs. My Changes: 1. Use Canola oil or a 50/50 Canola/Olive Oil blend to get a higher temp and better sear. 2. use white pepper. 3. leave out the butter as it can burn. instead, melt that in a separate pan with some lemon, chopped chives and garlic. toss the scallops and then drizzle some on plate. #Recipes
Parmesan chicken made easy and flavorful with using mayonnaise while cooking. After baked, add some marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, if you'd like.
