Zucchini Chips These are good--and I've done them with squash too! I slice them thin, dip in egg/milk mixture then roll in original flavored bread crumbs with panko. Salt, pepper, paprika and spray the top with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350 until brown and crisp. We like them dipped in Ranch dressing, but tonight I'm going to mix up some "fake" Cane's sauce!

zucchini cookies! this is an amazing combo can't wait til spring comes around and we can get the garden going. I know all I will be thinking of are these cookies!
