    Cherries! These make a perfect before bed snack, as cherries contain a significant amount of melatonin. I find a half cup of these babies about an hour before bed (fresh and tart, of course) and I sleep a bit better.

    ..we have all this old family silver from my husband's father's family and I use it about a million different ways just like this...ribbons are used too!
