    DIY detox foot soak: -2 parts Epsom Salts -4 parts Baking Soda -1 part Sea Salt -essential oil (i.e. Peppermint) add 1/4 of mixture to about 1 gallon of warm water. soak feet for 10-15 min. dry feet off and rub with pure aloe. dry feet again.

Best foot softening, detoxifying foot soak ever!

EPSOM SALT FOOT SOAK RECIPE Mix half a cup of Epsom Salt with 2 quarts of very warm water until dissolved.  Soak feet for 10 minutes or as long as desired.  Rinse with tap water and dry. Tips: Add a couple drops of lavender oil for a relaxing effect OR Add a couple of drops of peppermint oil for a rejuvenating effect. After soaking, take a small handful of Epsom Salts and gently massage rough skin to exfoliate.

Listerine Foot Soak I tried this. Soaked for 15 min and quadrupled the recipe so there's enough liquid to actually soak feet. Afterwards, I used a pumice stone and the cracked dry skin came right off. I was surprised it worked so well! Try it! -sarah
