EPSOM SALT FOOT SOAK RECIPE Mix half a cup of Epsom Salt with 2 quarts of very warm water until dissolved. Soak feet for 10 minutes or as long as desired. Rinse with tap water and dry. Tips: Add a couple drops of lavender oil for a relaxing effect OR Add a couple of drops of peppermint oil for a rejuvenating effect. After soaking, take a small handful of Epsom Salts and gently massage rough skin to exfoliate.
Listerine Foot Soak I tried this. Soaked for 15 min and quadrupled the recipe so there's enough liquid to actually soak feet. Afterwards, I used a pumice stone and the cracked dry skin came right off. I was surprised it worked so well! Try it! -sarah
