We actually use these for each kid for each grade for the smaller art projects that we want to keep. This way we have them all together and can see what is inside each one. They get so many each year and this forces you to choose the ones you really love and is also big enough to not have to throw a lot of them out if you don't want to.

Love these modular drawers by 'Like-it' for their translucent front so you can easily identify whats inside and for their easy access to your stuff, also like that you can customize them however you want with the different sized drawers.
Wall Pockets from Container Store - I have these hanging in my office. It's a great place to put the mail if you don't have time to address it right away.
