Pumpkin Gingerbread with Spiced Buttercream...now this recipe from Oh She Glows looks very tasty! I'm all for less-junky desserts, as long as I don't know they're not junky! This looks like a good one to try. I can see inserting a half cup of a veggie puree (butternut squash, for example) and reducing the oil...and, of course, using a real egg.
