Meat Loaf Casserole - I made it with a twist. Omitted the milk, reduced the water used by 1/2 c and used two cups of egg noodles instead of potatoes. Completely covered meat mixture with noodles in a casserole dish Made it super creamy and delish! (add some seasonings though)
