Olive Oil No Knead Pizza Dough recipe - "This olive oil dough recipe is ridiculously easy to make. So easy, I questioned if I had skipped a step! It is rich, full of flavor and perfect for pizza dough and focaccia. It also makes a lot of dough, but the beauty is that you can store the leftover dough in the fridge for up to 12 days and use it as the urge strikes."
The recipe checks out, and he mentions 00 type flour. I happen to know the most preferred variety for most good pizzerias is Antico Molino Napoli Antimo Caputo '00' Flour, it's a Red Bag. King Arthur Flour makes a good version of this as well. Link as follows for the Antico Molino www.pastacheese.c...
homemade pizza sauce 28 oz can of diced or crushed tomatoes 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp dried basil 1.5 tsp fresh oregano (or 1 tsp dried) 1 tsp red pepper flakes (or less…1 tsp made this sauce too spicy for the toddlers!) 1/4 tsp salt 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Easy homemade pizza dough. This was as simple as the recipe claims! It made enough dough for two 7 x 11 inch pans. I would cut back on the salt by 1/2 teaspoon, but maybe I didn't mix the salt in well enough.
