    Fad diets like such things as liquid protein all those miracle wraps that burn fat and weight loss surgeries are HUGE insults to me waking up at 4 AM and going to the gym before the world is up!!! I love these exercises because my schedule doesn't always allow me to get to the gym. After putting in a 12 hour day, these are great workouts I can do at home.
