LF - DIY instant veggie broth mix. Clean the veggies, shred/grind them and put them on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Let it all dry for 12-14 hours at 80°C in the oven, leaving the oven door a bit open. Mix in the blender with sea salt, and store in jars. It has a shelf life of quite a few months and can be mixed with water for instant, MSG-free broth. Handy!
