Cholula Market Salsas (this looks like the place we stopped at on our way to the airport from San Miguel de Allende. Most of the men in the town are working in the USA and these women made a communal restaurant. I paid for 6 of us and it came to $20, American. The food was OUTSTANDING. You keep serving yourself until you almost pop. Good times, good times...)
