Shred everything up and mix in the juice. Serve with tortillas and all the toppings – sour cream, guacamole, cheese, lettuce, etc.

Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...and more cheese :)
