This is actually quite brilliant because it uses your post-baby body's natural abilities. Proteins & veggies are great advice because you can keep up your milk supply. It's working so far, I'm down to my pregnancy weight! Now on to pre-marrige weight! Lol
This is perfect for a Mom. It took me about 10 mins to complete one circuit. I did one cicuit...ran one mile on my treadmill....then did another circuit. Perfect 30 min workout! Best part is that if I can only squeeze in one circuit in the morning I still got a little workout!
