Today I decided to try this Cajun recipe. I can honestly say it was absolutely amazing. I did follow most of the ingredients expected for the amount of spices like how much salt to but it, the basil, etc. You can judge by your own taste desires. -D.
Mushroom Asiago Chicken --. It was delicious. The chicken was so tender and the sliced portobella mushrooms were very flavorful. Served it with rice or noodles to take advantage of the delicious sauce.

FRENCHS Dijon Mustard 1/3 cup cream cheese spread, softened 1 tbsp. minced herbs (parsley, basil or chives) 1 tbsp. oil 4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp. minced garlic Oven Bake: Mix sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken in greased baking dish. Bake at 375 F for 30 min. until cooked through
