Iced Lemon Pound Cake Pops! No recipe was included but it's pretty simple; Mixed cooled cake with enough frosting (lemon) and some zest into balls. Poke each cake ball with a candy stick to create hole. Freeze cake balls several hours. Remove and dip tip of sticks into lemon icing and place back into the cake ball, ( this helps the stick to keep from falling out while dipping) then dip cake ball into bowl of icing, shake off excess and stand them into a sheet of styrofoam covered with parchment.

Lemon Pops ~ I would think they are super easy to make! Take lemon pound cake and break it up in a bowl. Add just enough lemon frosting to the bowl to bind. Mix together and make balls. Then dip these babies in a lemon and powdersugar icing mixture. I have never made this but came up with this recipe now. I want to try this! What do you think?
