Gorgonzola Garlic Bread...EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS. And easy too! I sliced the bread all the way through and spread the gorgonzola mixture on top, as you would with any other garlic bread. Gorgonzola Garlic Bread. I'd prolly toast the bread with a little evoo and Smoke House, add roasted red peppers, or maybe asparagus, but, that's just me. This is good. ~

Cut an Italian loaf in half. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread butter and garlic spread onto both pieces. Season with Italian seasoning and sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 10 min and sprinkle with parsley when done baking. For the sauce, warm a cup of tomato sauce in a small pot until hot. A great starter dish or a side for a pasta dinner.
