Pecan Pie Cupcakes Ingredients: 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup packed brown sugar 2/3 cup butter, melted 2 eggs Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. (The spray with flour in it works best!) Fill each 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven for approx 18 minutes.
