Chicken, Bacon and Cream Cheese Mini Taquitos One pinner says, "This is a keeper! My family loved these. I didn't make them mini--I just made full size taquitos. I also baked them rather than frying. After rolling them up, I sprayed them with cooking spray, sprinkled them with kosher salt, and then baked them at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Very good!"
