1.Lay pretzels rings on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Put one hershey kiss inside each ring (if it doesn't fit perfect that is okay, it will melt). 2.Bake in a 200 degree oven for about 4 minutes. Press chocolate chip on top of kiss. Allow to cool and set one hour. Store in air tight containers!
Pretzels, m&m's, hershey kisses: My oven only goes down to 250 degrees so the kisses were melty in about 3 minutes. Thinking of making them with a peanut or two as a "mini trail mix bite" next time. -cmw
Zero points: Cauliflower popcorn (Break a head of cauliflower into popcornlike, bite-size florets, then spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the cauliflower lightly with butter-flavor cooking spray, then sprinkle lightly with turmeric, freshly ground pepper, and sea salt. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees F or until the cauliflower is slightly browned.) (1 cup = 29 cal., 5 g carb., 0 g fat, 2 g pro.)
Overall, I don't think I would make, serve, or eat something called Leprechaun Balls. Ingredients: box of vanilla wafers ½ cup Baileys ¼ cup Irish Whiskey 2 tsp. cocoa powder white chocolate + green food coloring (or green candy melts) *optional holiday candy sprinkles
