Curried Chicken Salad recipe from the Boston Globe: Brian and I both love this salad. I use red grapes (I like to cut them in half) and slivered almonds. I also use plain white vinegar instead of white wine vinegar, so that nothing interferes with that curry taste!
"Holiday" Fruit Salad Made 1/2 recipe of this to serve as a side w/breakfast casserole for dinner. It was really good. I used plain Greek yogurt and a little less of the brown sugar to make it even healthier. Oh, I also used cinnamon instead of nutmeg b/c I wasn't sure if the kids would like nutmeg as much.
Asian Salad with Sesame Chili Vinaigrette — Recipe has chicken but I used shrimp. Delicious - the dressing is sooo good. We used dressing as dipping sauce for potstickers too.
