This is so impressive. The first time I tried this pose, I could barely lift my leg and straighten my back. But every time I try, I get a little closer. The other week, my instructor helped me lift my leg that final, tiny bit. I begged for mercy because I thought I was going to tip over! This pose is strength AND balance. :)

this is why I keep going to my spin class and kicking my ass every week... I'm just not seeing the same results as this girl though. :(
