3 oz 1/2 cup fine grind corn meal
1 2 cup whole wheat flour, 2.3 oz
1 2 cup whole wheat pastry flour, 2.3 oz.
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Kosher salt


1 cup Buttermilk
1 Pasture butter, salted
1 Undalted butter
