i use this recipe a lot. its fast and easy so long as you have a strong mixer, the frosting can get pretty dense when you first add the sugar. and i don't put it in the fridge if i can help it. since i use real butter it gets very hard when its cold. great for decorating or just for whipping up and slapping on a cake
