    3 Green onions

    Canned Goods

    1 (20 oz) bag Simply potatoes shredded hash, Browns

    Baking & Spices

    1/2 tsp Black pepper
    1 tsp Kosher salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    2 tbsp Olive oil


    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

      Individual Parmesan Hash Brown Cups 1. Assemble ingredients: green onions, black pepper, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, kosher salt & Simply Potatoes 2. Chop grn onions 3. Put potatoes in lg bowl. 4. Add all ingredients to bowl & toss. 5. Spoon into muffin tins coated w Pam. 6. Gently pack each cup. 7. Bake 60 to 75 min in lower third of oven for better browning. 8. Cool 5 mintues and flip onto platter. Crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Oh my, they taste good!
