Sour Cream Chicken - My review: this is a keeper recipe. Easy and fast to make. Only substiution I made is to use crushed french fried onions instead of the croutons (I didn't have any). I also just melted the butter and drizzled it over the crumbs (faster than "dotting" with butter). We liked the French fried onions so much that I'm unsure if we'll try it with the croutons :)
According to many pinners-THE BEST white chicken enchilada recipe ever!! And no creamed soups. looks good will have to try it!
