I make this macaroni and cheese a LOT throughout Fall/Winter. It's a little labor intensive, but totally worth it. And I actually only follow the recipe for the measurements on butter, milk, flour, and spices. I use creamy havarti, gorgonzola, and sharp cheddar cheese in my bechamel. Homemade Blue cheese dressing - I love Bleu cheese dressing (I buy 'Marie's' or 'Naturally Fresh' and soften the taste of it it with mayo) on my spinach salad (w/sliced egg & mushrooms, garlic & butter croutons and real bacon pieces) - I make a "meal" out of it in a big bowl.
