Non Alcoholic Punch (serves 6) Ingredients 3 cups pineapple juice 3 + 1/4 cups cranberry juice 3 cups lemonade 3 cups orange juice berries or pineapple for garnish Directions Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl or a serving jug. Garnish with sliced berries or fresh pineapple and let them float in the punch.
In-the-Pink Drink Ice 6 cups ruby red grapefruit juice 1 cup pomegranate juice 1 cup ice-cold vodka Fresh mint sprigs Fill large pitcher half way with ice. Add 6 cups grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, vodka, and some fresh mint leaves. Stir to mix. Serve in chilled glasses. Garnish with mint sprig. Makes 8 servings.
Fresh Cherry Margaritas Yield: 1 serving Ingredients: 12 fresh sweet cherries, pitted 2½ tbsp. tequila 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1½ tbsp. (or more) simple syrup 1 tbsp. maraschino cherry liqueur (or maraschino juice) 1 fresh cherry with stem, for garnish Directions: Put the cherries in a cocktail shaker. Mash them with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon until well crushed, about 1 minute. Add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and 8 large ice cubes. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Immediately strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with the fresh cherry.
Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.
Caribbean Sangria - *3 cups of pineapple juice *1 cups of natural orange juice * ½ bottle of white wine preferably Riesling (can use Moscato if desired) *Malibu Coconut Rum *Ice cubes *Fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries to garnish. YUM!
Christmas Mimosas - 12 Servings--- We had these on Christmas morning as we were opening gifts and everyone wanted a second one (and a third!) Big hit! 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled 4 cups orange juice 2 (750 ml.) bottles Champagne, chilled 12 slices fresh orange, for garnish (optional) Fill twelve 12-ounce glasses with ice; pour 1/3 cup cranberry juice into each glass. Top each serving with 1/3 cup orange juice and about 1/2 cup Champagne. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
