Sleeping Beauty (Movie 1959) Disney's classic adaptation of the fairy tale of a princess cursed by the wicked witch. With the help of fairies, she may survive... Keep in mind this is the earliest of all the Disney princess tales so the quality isn't comparable to what you'd see in Belle or Tangled.. but this story is timeless and a must see! ...just maybe not over and over again.

Disney 30 Day Challenge Day 1- Favorite Movie- Sleeping Beauty (technically I don't really have a favorite anymore, but this was my first favorite growing up)

Favorite movie of all time. Had a dog as a child named Lady. As an adult, I named my second dog Lady. Miss them both...RIP my girls.

I like this movie cover.....I'm almost enough of a crazy fan to want to rebuy every new release of this movie just so I can collect the covers, heh

I can honestly say that one of my goals in life was to have hair like sleeping beauty

I watch this every winter........several times a winter! While You Were Sleeping is one of my favorites!

Favorite Quote: "I'd say that she gets under your skin as soon as you meet her. She drives you so nuts you don't know whether to hug her or, or just really arm wrestle her. She would go all the way to Europe just to get a stamp in her passport. I don't know if that amounts to insanity,or just being really, really... likable." #Romance #Movies

Anastasia (1997). One of my favorite cartoon movies!

Okay so maybe not a kid's book but it will be MY kid's book!

"How About You" is a delightful comedy about aging and living life to its fullest. Reality based with a touch of Fantasy. Vanessa Redgrave and Joss Ackland are wonderful. Hayley Atwell and Orla Brady are delightful as sisters. Beautiful movie!

I LOVED any type of illustration that was like this, a photograph of dolls or claymation or whatever it was.
