The chocolate cheesecake layer is pretty good, but not very cheesecake-y, so, I'd probably try some combo of the top two layers (rather than separating them out) to balance it better; maybe try: 12 oz. cream cheese, 1/3-1/2 C sugar (maybe brown?), 2 eggs, 1/2 t vanilla, 1/8 t almond extract, 1 T flour, and 1/2-2/3...
