Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes. I made these for dinner tonight, and my husband and Ioved them! I doubled the garlic, as we are huge garlic lovers. Next time, will use less lemon juice. It was a little too lemony for my taste.
this is the link on how to make the zucchini noodles - it's so easy - just Julienne about 4 zucchinis, saute them with a little butter & I add salt & garlic!! For the alfredo sauce, I just use a basic alfredo sauce and add in mushrooms & artichoke (and shrimp sometimes) - so so good!!!
