How To Make "Skinny" Cakes, Cookies & Brownies

Combine 1 boxed cake mix, 1 cup plain greek yogurt and 1 cup water. Mix together and bake according to directions on the cake mix box. Works best with Devil’s Food Cake mix, but experiment! The texture is similar to a cross between a cake and a brownie. Use a 9 x 9 inch pan for a thicker cake. Makes 12 servings at approximately 180 calories each.

THE most amazing pizza dough ever ~ 1 cup of greek yogurt and 1 cup of Self Rising flour.....................that's it! This quantity makes a single pizza, but you can increase the ingredients and feed a crowd if you want to.

Brownies Made With Greek Yogurt

I shared this recipe with a lady in the Wal-Mart checkout line today! Brownies made With Greek yogurt --sub the oil w/ yogurt

just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350, this is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.

37 calorie brownies 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (I used vanilla) 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats (like Quaker) 1/2 cup Truvia (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar) 1 egg 1/3 cup applesauce 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch salt Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish (I used 8"x8"). Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into dish and bake for ~15 mins. Cool then cut into 9 large squares..

These are a new hit at our house. Never buying a box again. So simple, so easy!!! Brownie Mix $0.30 /mix. 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder. Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frozen berries, dry cake mix, and 1 can of sprite. Bake @ 350 for 35 min. Yummy cobbler. Would this work with diet sprite? Would be good with fat-free yogurt for a warm morning breakfast.
