"In fact, our feline friends inspired the Pilates method we know today." It's no wonder, then, that this exercise technique aims to bring a similar muscular harmony to our own backs. The following exercises target the spine and its supporting muscle groups. (If you're already experiencing back pain or have osteoporosis, consult your health-care practitioner before doing this routine.)
