Because I'm on the AIP, I make a lot of modifications -- no bell pepper, homemade mayo with yolks only, cracker crumbs I keep on hand made with tapioca, rice. Fry in high oleic safflower, high oleic sunflower or *expeller pressed* (flavorless, odorless) coconut oil. DELICIOUS!!!
