I have done the challenge and never tire of Green Smothies. My "green" of choice is baby kale as it is the most nutritious and the taste seems to be tamed by almost any fruit. Favorite add ins are pineapple, organic apples, bananas, frozen berries... I also always add 1 tbsp chia seeds.
