FREEZE ROSEMARY and THYME: Wash, spin dry, and place in freezer bags. Tap after frozen and herb falls off stems. TIP: throw stems into bone broth. Throw the herbs into the soup you make from the bone broth.

What to do with my GreenStalk basil? How I freeze basil: Take 20 leaves and put in food processor add 2 T. olive oil & pulse until chopped finely & all leaves are covered with oil. Put into bags & freeze.
