the map fades away into a soft blue wall the portrait lamp above the map baskets! accessible paper and art materials, but not clutter.

I love this map on the ceiling. This would especially be great in a library or den. It would even look great in the boys room who likes geography. Or in a boy themed pirates room. Just draw a huge red X somewhere to signify a treasure. Mark dotted lines from one place to another to signify the way to the treasure. HAVE FUN with this idea.

DREAM!! I love everything about this - the exposed brickwork, the darkwood beams, the full length arch windows and the wooden floors. I need this.

Love the different elements in this kitchen!

amazing bookcase... Within the map he fastened 600 tiny Christmas tree lights that represent the nation’s major cities. a shelf based on Hawaii hangs in the kids’ bathroom (each island is a hook), and Alaska is suspended in the upstairs bathroom over the tub.

A great project by interior designers Kalb Lempereur... The idea was to open the space by using materials to deal with the transitions between the 'wet' area and the 'dry' area. The dry area is covered with solid wood on the floor, and tiles with the same shape are used in the wet area.
