Holy Crap. just did this, could barely finish, my legs were shaking. Barre workout, about 40 mins of strength, toning. need chair/ counter, weights and an iron will.

Ok i'm reposted this workout i love it! If your sick of ab workouts on the floor. This is all standing workout! Super fun you will be dieing sore next day! Saw results in 2 weeks. Keep up cardio! Some days you just have to get off the floor. Just did this workout .....it is Excellent!
