Load your guns workout

Wake up! daily workout also....Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine. Need to print and put on my mirror

Sitting on the couch pinning certainly is producing no sweat, but nothing makes me sweat more than getting in that hot room & Bikraming for 90 minutes - love it

Circuit workouts with pictures 1) Lean thighs 2) Chair 3) Kettle bell 4) Whole Body 5) Insanity

Eating 1-1 1/2 hours before a workout is key! Your body needs some energy to work off of. If you go to a workout hungry you will be working off lean muscle instead of fat! So eating something with some carbs and some protein (preferably something that is half carbs, half protein) will give your body something to work off of, but will also allow your body to go into fat burning mode. So have a snack and then get to your workout!!
